WHAT'S IN THE BOX: 30 Knobcone Pinecones, in the size of your choice.
Our pinecones come in a variety of colors from a light golden brown, to a light silver gray, but no matter what the color of the outside is, the inside is a rich natural brown just waiting to be shown off. These special pinecones are used to make third eye pinecone slice pendants as well as for holiday decorations.
SIZE CHART:
SMALL - Length: 3 to 4 inches
MEDIUM - Length: 4 to 5 inches
LARGE - Length: 5 to 6+ inches
SUSTAINABLE ECO-FRIENDLY HARVESTING:
Our Knobcone pinecones are harvested from the mountains of Northern California, just south of the Oregon border. We do not harvest directly from live trees, that would endanger the tree to insect damage or worse. We collect from branches that have fallen. We get lots of wind up here, creating a near limitless supply of Knobcones.
QUALITY OF OUR CONES:
Every cone is individually inspected to assure they are tightly closed, no cracks and free from grub/worm holes. Each cone is cleaned organically with cold water and vinegar to remove dirt, debris and scrubbed to remove large sap chunks. Some small sap deposits may remain on the cone, we have thorough cleaning tips for you, we have tried to give you a headstart in cleaning them.
